Lace Front Wigs

Lace front wigs were first developed for cancer patients and women who were balding, and celebrities have been wearing them for years. It is only recently that they have crept into the mainstream.

Lace front and full wigs are different from regular wigs because the hairline looks like the hair is growing from your scalp. They have a small piece of lace netting attached to the front that can be glued or taped down to your forehead. You can’t just wear it plain like that because the netting will show. You have to apply makeup to cover the netting or lace. If the fit is correct, and the quality is good, the lace front will look like it’s you natural hair. They are extremely versatile and celebrities have been wearing them for years.

You want to make sure this does not happen to you. Most lace fronts will look beautiful if applied properly. Although lace front wigs are not inexpensive, if you search the web you can find them at really affordable prices. They don’t all have to cost thousands of dollars. Make sure when you are searching that you buy a lace front with quality hair. If the hair is cheap quality it will show and people will be able to tell that it is a wig. You don’t want that. Before purchasing your lace front wig, be sure to read the return policy of that vendor. Many don’t have a return policy so do your research and make sure they are a reputable vendor. Do a general web search on the vendor to see if there are any customer complaints anywhere. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and ask questions. If you cannot reach a vendor, it might be best to move on to another one.
